Jean Larnaudie has been making traditional gourmet foies gras from South-West of France since 1950. It has acquired the IGP certification (Protected Geographical Indication) and is certified for IFS* & BRC* labels since 2006. Products range from whole duck foie gras, block of duck foie gras with pieces as well as duck rillettes. Serve onion or fig chutney on the side and just enjoy the moment with Larnaudie.
