Since 1933, JULIAN MARTIN is a family-owned company dedicated exclusively to the production, processing and curing of Iberian pork products. Located in Guijuelo, in the province of Salamanca, which is itself considered the birthplace of the industry and where currently is made over 70% of the total domestic production.

One of the main concerns in JULIAN MARTIN is maintaining a high level of product quality and homogeneity (little variation in flavor, healing…), which have been identified as key factors in the development of corporate reputation among professionals (top level restaurants and other large customers) and consolidation as a trusted and desirable brand.

JULIAN MARTIN has organized its production based in specialized manufacturing plants, with five in the area of Guijuelo. Also, the company has a slaughtering plant, sausage making and ham production facilities in Portugal. Each year the company produce over 100.000 hams and 2 million Kg of sausages.

Our growth is based on three pillars:
Innovation: New convenience formats
Exportation: Significant presence in key markets and agreements with retail chains.
Jamonturismo: Pioneer (2008) in organization of iberico-based activities and factory tours. With an annual volume of over 3.000 visits, and developing a ham-cutting events division nationwide, with our own master slicers.

JULIAN MARTIN has achieved the BRC and the IFS Food Standard Certifications, as part of its ongoing efforts to always improve its quality standards.
